OLIVER BALL
Professional Experience
A well-respected property expert, his knowledge of the local housing market is highly sought after. Oliver traded a fast paced, sales orientated workplace to set up a very different kind of estate agency. One where customers are at the heart of everything he does.
From trainee sales negotiator to area director, he has 23 years' experience with the biggest online and high street estate agents.
Locally born Oliver has dedicated his career to helping people buy and sell their homes in Cheshire - it’s no side hustle. A well-respected property expert, his knowledge of the local housing market is highly sought after.
Personal Life
Oliver lives in Kelsall, Cheshire, with his wife Helen, and five-year-old daughter India.
He loves music. Listening to it, going to gigs, playing guitar, discovering new artists, and spending far too much money on his growing vinyl collection - he may need to move house soon!
Glastonbury is his favourite festival; and he's always first in line for tickets.
Aside from music, he enjoys running in Delamere Forest, travelling (he’s visited every continent apart from Antartica) and reading.
NICKY AMES
Professional Experience
Joint founder Nicky is a seasoned Cheshire estate agent. She was previously a senior property partner at a nationwide estate agency, having mastered every role from accompanied viewer to negotiator.
As Nicky progressed, her job became more about number crunching than customers. With Lawrenson Ball, she’s delighted to focus on what she does best: personal service, getting the best price for your home and being there for her customers 24/7.
Personal Life
With four children, six grandchildren and a busy career, Nicky is a superwoman!
Nicky lives in Helsby with her husband, and enjoys quality time with her family. She loves nothing more than watching her grandson Alfie’s football matches at the weekend, and supporting her favourite football team (Everton) when she can.
