"Can't speak highly enough of Oliver and Lawrenson Ball! When we viewed a house we loved we hadn't got ours on the market but made an offer. The seller understandably wouldn't progress with us as we hadn't got ours up for sale. Oliver valued our house on a Sunday, arranged for the superb pictures to be taken on Thursday and our house was up on Rightmove by 6pm on Friday night! We were away that weekend but by Saturday morning Oliver had arranged 7 viewings and showed them round the house himself that weekend. By Monday we had 5 offers!
Throughout the process Oliver was on hand to offer advice, information and updates and always responded very quickly. Even when we had a nightmare of a moving day, Oliver even offered to help move some boxes!
